Singer Anne Burnell and husband pianist/vocalist Mark Burnell are a staple on the Chicago scene, known for tight harmonies, jazz arrangements, and a cappella. Mark taught music at Carnegie-Mellon University after obtaining an MFA, and Anne has a BFA in Theatre from Wayne State University.  They are Illinois Arts Tour and Chicago Band Roster artists, and have performed in New York, Amsterdam, Panama and Paris.

Two for the Road 

Two for the Road hit the airwaves in 2022, on over 100 Jazz and NPR stations including Chicago's WDCB 90.9fm.  The single Peppermint Tea was named Top 40 Blues 2022 by BluesBlues.uk. 24Road Tour includes Sarasota Jazz Festival, Epiphany Center for the Arts, Plymouth Arts Jazz and Blues Crawl, and Chicago Cabaret Week.
